Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective. 4. At Cozy Art, we want you to love your artwork. Because many of our products are made to order or personalized, we’ve outlined our refund and return policy below to ensure clarity and fairness. 1. Custom & Personalized Products All custom and personalized products (including but not limited to DIY photo art and personalized designs) are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds, except in the following cases: The product arrives damaged The product arrives defective The product received is incorrect due to our error If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. 2. Non-Custom Products For non-custom, non-personalized items, returns may be accepted under the following conditions: The item is unused and in its original condition The return request is made within 14 days of delivery The item is returned in its original packaging Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to damage, defect, or an error on our part. 3.
